Coaching That Awakens Who You’ve Always Been — So You Can Change the World

You already have everything you need inside of you —

to be exactly as you want to be in the world. A coach's job is to show you how to access that and let you find the tools and confidence so that you always can.

Together, we will get hyper-clear about your purpose and vision. We will use challenges that arise, internal or external, learning how they are here to serve you. We will dive deep into the unconscious patterns and childhood programming holding you back.

We address these old stories at the six levels of the human experience (somatic, mental, emotional, behavioral, unconscious, spiritual), allowing you to move into pristine, aligned, external action, building new habits using a science-backed approach that will supercharge your success.

When our container is complete, you will have the tools, confidence, and community to manage anything that life throws at you next.

“Following many deep dives into important personal challenges I faced, I walked away with a strong vision, support system, and set of goals.”

Why do this work

There’s a dropout and retention epidemic in public service—and let’s be honest, it makes sense. The system is broken. The environment is brutal.

But here’s the truth: “That’s just the way it is” is a lie.

You have the power to change yourself—and when you do, you shift the system around you.
Because inner work isn’t indulgence. It’s strategy. It’s leadership.

Less stress, more power.
Less burnout, more impact.

That’s leadership that lasts.

This is for you if…

You are a passionate change-maker with a servant’s heart—committed to a life of service, no matter your title.

You sometimes feel like an outsider, different, don't fit in, and aren’t part of the old boys club.

You sometimes feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed out, angry, reactive, depressed, closed down, in your corner, hurt, stuck, frustrated, not good enough, like an imposter, and fear messing it up.

You want to break through the fear, indecision, challenging relationships, threats, criticism, and ridicule with ease, grace, and poise to be impactful and effective as a leader.

You want to be more effective with your time, so you’re focused, fuelled by purpose, supported, and resourced enough to see real change through.

You dream of playing all out in your role without decimating your spirit, family, and personal life.

“As part of the 2024 Civic Courage Lab cohort through Mountain Towns 2030, I learned tools that deeply impacted how I show up in my work. One of the most valuable practices was something so simple—centering myself through breath. When I’m anxious or overwhelmed, just pausing to breathe helps me focus on my vision and the outcomes I care about. It’s shifted not only how I handle challenges, but how I feel at the end of the day—calmer, more confident, and more grounded in my purpose. This practice has become essential for how I lead in the climate space.”

— Beth Markham, Environmental Sustainability Manager, Town of Vail

“A cohort is everything…. It can lend an ear to help you get through the tough times. A cohort is where we find bipartisan action. It’s where seasoned elected officials can mentor the next generation. My cohort has given me the knowledge and courage to push through the pandemic, a social equity movement full of passion and protests, and climate chaos in the form of flooding and downed trees in my community.”

— Emily Niehaus; Mayor, Moab, CO.
